PROCESSING TIME
Usually, we need 2-5 working days to prepare for orders because we should check every product and make sure that is in good condition before shipment.
SHIPPING FEE
We offer free standard shipping for orders. If you wanna express shipping, we would offer the best discount for you. If you place bulk orders, we may offer free express shipping as well.
DELIVERY TIME
It will take about 7-10 business days for shipment to United States.
And it will take about 7-20 business days for shipment to Other Countries.
The delivery time is not always stable, and it is out of our control too, because it is dependent on destination and many other factors, such as weather and busy shipping season.

On-time Delivery
If you do not receive your purchase within 60 days after shipment, you can ask for a full refund or resend before order completion (when you click ‘Confirm Order Received’ or exceed confirmation time frame).
True Tracking Number
You will receive a true tracking number once your order shipped out. You can also track it in a few days later because the tracking information usually updates in 1-3 working days.
