1: Return Conditions
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
2. Each items has size chart for reference on production page, for wrong size choice are not eligible for return.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. Request contact us within 3 days from delivery date if customer want to return or exchange.
5. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
7. We do not accept the return for 1-3 business days arrive later. Because shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes such as bad weather.

We don't pay for the return if you don't like the item you bought or if you have ordered the wrong size. Please note that the measurement you find in the product descriptions are accurate. Unless there was an error on modeshe's part.
3: About Refund
Returned items are subject to verification of error by our QC team. We will do this once we've received the item you've returned. modeshe will complete the refund in 7 business days after receiving your returns and verification, please check your account then.There might be a delay of the refund for your return, this is because we usually handle returns twice a week.

Refund & Exchanges Steps
Step 1: Contact us by submitting a ticket to let us assist you with your return procedure.

Step 3: After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) up and keep the items in good condition and well packaged. Send the package and provide your return tracking# for us.
Step 4: Keep tracking of the logistic info, once it has been delivered successfully, please kindly inform us so that we could arrange the refund for you as soon as possible.
Step 5: Normally please allow 5-7 business days for transit, plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our Fulfillment Center. You will receive a notification email once we process your refund.
